INTRODUCTION
This is Ben, owner of Focus International, with solutions in 21 countries. My team and I have over 30 years of technical sales and support experience in the Caribbean and Latin America Region. I am fluent in Spanish (se habla español) and hands-on experience with both AC and DC backup power solutions, telecommunications infrastructure equipment, renewable energy and manufacturing processes. Most or our clients are either telecommunications operators or industrial manufacturing facilities. We regularly implement best practices and state of the art technology with our client base for the best results.
